We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive sales and market development for a portfolio of specialized hospital products. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital management to achieve sales targets and grow market share.

        Key Responsibilities
        •  Promote and sell the companys pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
        •  Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and procurement personnel.
        •  Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
        •  Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer accounts.
        •  Conduct product presentations and educational meetings with healthcare professionals.
        • Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
        •  Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
        •  Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
        •  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
        •  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

        Qualifications and Experience
        •  Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
        •  Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales within the Kenyan market.
        •  Proven experience selling hospital-based or specialty pharmaceutical products.
        •  Strong network within hospitals and healthcare institutions is an added advantage.
        •  Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
        •  Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Kenya.

        •  Good commercial and business development skills.
        •  Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
