We have a wide range of products both water and solvent based. We are seeking to recruit sales and marketing representatives in the following counties:Roles & Responsibilities. Should constantly visit existing customers and ensure all their needs are catered to. Evaluate their needs, promote products and servicesResearching prospects and generating new leads.Setting sales goals and developing sales and marketing strategies/campaigns.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, through email, and in person.Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.Preparing and sending quotations and proposals, helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiationsEnsuring timely collection of paint orders from customersManaging the sales process through an ERPMeeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Participating in sales team meetings.Visiting hardware shops to get paint ordersMeeting or exceeding sales goals.Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.Preparing and forwarding weekly and monthly reports.Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.Understanding and promoting company programs.Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.Maintaining and submitting client records.Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Minimum Qualifications.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business relatedShould hold at least 5 years of experience in Sales & marketingMUST HAVE prior and extensive experience in selling paint products.Consistent track record in achieving sales targetsHaving existing leads shall be a bonusExcellent customer service and sales skills.Good Interpersonal skills.
