Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional events from concept development through to final delivery.
  • Coordinate conferences, brand activations, product launches, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, and production partners.
  • Oversee travel and logistics for events across multiple African markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across different countries.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all event touchpoints.
  • Monitor event performance and prepare comprehensive post-event reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience managing multi-country events within Africa. (Min 3 years in Event Industry)
  • Strong project management and operational planning capabilities.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across African markets.
  • Fluency in English (additional African or international languages are an advantage).
