Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional events from concept development through to final delivery.
- Coordinate conferences, brand activations, product launches, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, and production partners.
- Oversee travel and logistics for events across multiple African markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across different countries.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all event touchpoints.
- Monitor event performance and prepare comprehensive post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing multi-country events within Africa. (Min 3 years in Event Industry)
- Strong project management and operational planning capabilities.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across African markets.
- Fluency in English (additional African or international languages are an advantage).
