Role Overview

The Instagram Growth Manager owns the complete Instagram growth system of 7 Ways to Wealth. This is not a content posting role. This position is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing a structured growth engine that attracts qualified followers, drives engagement, and converts attention into inbound leads. You will operate with autonomy and be accountable for measurable growth outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic Instagram growth plan aligned with business goals
• Plan and publish high-impact Instagram content
• Implement and manage Revio for structured outbound engagement and automation
• Identify and attract ideal audience segments (entrepreneurs, investors, wealth builders)
• Optimize content distribution for reach, saves, shares, and meaningful engagement
• Drive qualified inbound DMs and booked calls
• Monitor KPIs: follower growth rate, engagement rate, DM volume, conversion metrics
• Analyze performance data and continuously refine strategy
• Collaborate with leadership on campaign alignment and launch support
• Maintain brand positioning as a trusted authority in wealth education

Requirements:

• Proven experience scaling Instagram accounts with measurable results
• Hands-on experience using Revio (or similar growth automation tools)
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, buyer psychology, and funnel strategy
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strategic thinker — not task-dependent
• Clear communication and reporting skills
• Reliable internet and consistent availability
