Experience:  Minimum 8 Years In Animal Feeds Manufacturing, With At Least 3 Years In A Factory-Leadership Role Overseeing Production And Quality Teams.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree In Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Manufacturing, Production Management, Or A Related Field From A Recognized Institution. 
  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead Teams, Manage Performance, And Drive Operational Efficiency. 
  • Proficiency In Erp Systems And Production Management Software Is An Added Advantage. 
  • Knowledge Of Food Safety Management Systems, With Familiarity Or Certification In Iso 22000:2018 Being An Added Advantage.

Duties: 

  • Bachelors Degree In Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Manufacturing, Production Management, Or A Related Field From A Recognized Institution. 
  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead Teams, Manage Performance, And Drive Operational Efficiency.

  • Factory Manager -Animal Feeds Will Be Responsible For The Following Responsibilities: -
  • Oversee End-To-End Factory Operations, Ensuring Efficient Production Processes And Optimal Resource Utilization. 
  • Plan, Coordinate, And Monitor Daily Production Activities To Meet Output, Quality, And Cost Targets. 
  • Implement And Maintain Quality Control Systems To Ensure Products Meet Required Standards And Regulatory Compliance. 
  • Manage Factory Administration, Including Budgeting, Reporting, Documentation, And Compliance With Organizational Policies. Supervise, Train, And Evaluate Factory Staff To Enhance Productivity And Performance. 
  • Ensure Proper Maintenance Of Machinery And Equipment To Minimize Downtime And Operational Disruptions. 
  • Monitor Inventory Levels Of Raw Materials And Finished Products, Ensuring Accurate Stock Control And Timely Replenishment
  • Enforce Health, Safety, And Environmental Standards Within The Factory.
  • Prepare And Present Operational Reports, Performance Metrics, And Improvement Plans To Management. 
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives To Enhance Efficiency, Reduce Costs, And Optimize Production Processes. 
  • Coordinate With Other Departments And Societies To Ensure Smooth Operations And Timely Delivery Of Products.
