Location: Nyahururu (with frequent travel to multiple sites) Salary: KES 35,000 – 40,000

Job Description/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Horticulture or Agriculture.
2. Solid understanding of pests and diseases, with hands-on scouting experience.
3. Practical experience in fertigation and crop spraying programs.
4. Strong knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) standards.
5. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a flower, vegetable, or herb farm—preferably in a greenhouse environment.
6. Good grasp of greenhouse phytosanitary procedures and excellent crop husbandry practices.
7. Strong leadership, management, and presentation skills.
8. Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel regularly to oversee multiple sites.
