Job Title: Farm Worker - Natural Dyes Extraction (Kisumu)

 Job Summary:

 We are seeking a skilled Farm Worker to join our team in the extraction of natural dyes from plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of plants to extract natural dyes. The candidate should be knowledgeable about plant cultivation and have experience in harvesting, drying, and processing plants for dye extraction.

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in the cultivation of plants used for natural dye extraction
• Harvest and process plants to extract natural dyes
• Dry plants and prepare them for storage
• Maintain records of plant cultivation and dye extraction
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in farm work and natural dye extraction
• Knowledge of plant cultivation and harvesting techniques
• Ability to operate farm equipment and tools
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Ability to work in outdoor environments, in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak and understand English
