Job summary
We are seeking a skilled female RESOURCE MOBILIZER to lead fundraising efforts by developing high quality donor proposals, grant applications and impact reports. The ideal candidate will identify funding opportunities, build donor relationships and secure financial resources to sustain and grow our programs.

Job descriptions & requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Project Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, resource mobilization, grant writing or partnership development.
Proven ability to identify and secure funding opportunities from donors, foundations, corporates, and development partners.
Strong proposal writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report writing.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of donor regulations, fundraising strategies, and stakeholder engagement is an added advantage.
