Key Responsibilities
Perform fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and testing.
Troubleshoot and repair fiber network faults.
Conduct OTDR and power meter testing.
Maintain accurate splicing and testing records.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Care for Company tools, equipment, and materials.
Qualification
Certificate or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in fiber optic splicing.
Experience using OTDR, fusion splicers, and fiber testing equipment.
Certificate in fiber optic installer training.
Skills
Fiber splicing and testing.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork.
