We are looking for a highly professional and empathetic French-speaking Medical Consultant & Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, providing expert consultation on our reproductive medicine programs and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for French-speaking inquiries via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
Provide detailed and accurate information to prospective and current clients about our reproductive medicine services, including IVF, egg donation, and surrogacy programs.
Guide clients through their treatment journey, answering clinical questions, explaining procedures, and managing expectations with clarity and compassion.
Coordinate appointments with medical staff, counselors, and other specialists.
Assist with the translation of medical documents and communications between French and English as needed.
Maintain confidential and accurate patient records in our CRM system.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless and supportive patient experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
A recognized nursing qualification (Registered Nurse, etc.) or a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health) is mandatory.
A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a clinical or medical setting (hospital, clinic, etc.).
Experience in reproductive medicine, obstetrics, or gynecology is highly advantageous but not required.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and sensitively.
Strong sense of empathy, patience, and discretion when dealing with sensitive patient matters.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and capable of learning new CRM systems.
A high degree of professionalism and cultural awareness.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
