Job descriptions & requirements
Provide frontline and second-line Managed IT support for SME clients: log and resolve service desk tickets, troubleshoot on-site and remotely, support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), maintain assets, verify backups, and promote security hygiene. Escalate complex issues with clear documentation. Advanced Microsoft 365 certification desirable; Odoo experience an advantage.
