Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front office operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Manage reception staff, schedules, and workflow.

  • Handle client inquiries, student admissions, and correspondence promptly.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective students.

  • Engage potential students and close enrollment deals effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.

  • Coordinate communication between departments to enhance service efficiency.

  • Uphold the institution’s customer service standards and promote a welcoming environment.

  • Ensure front office compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Customer Service, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in front office or administrative management, preferably in an academic or service-oriented institution.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and office management systems.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
