Claims Officer
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims related to both motor and non-motor business. They will ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and investigate complex motor and non-motor claims from start to finish
• Evaluate claims for coverage and determine the appropriate course of action
• Negotiate with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to offer fair and efficient solutions
• Ensure that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining excellent customer service
• Review and monitor claims outstanding to ensure that they are processed within the required TAT
• Provide technical support and guidance to the claim’s department
• Collaborate with other departments such as underwriting and legal to ensure efficient claims management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records and reports
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in claims handling for both motor and non-motor business
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work under intense pressure and deliver
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good in record keeping and data entry to clai
