Salary: Kshs. 70,000 - 80,000 Plus Company Benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree In Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Or A Related Field From A Recognized University.
- Cpa Finalist Or Cpa-K Qualification.
- Must Have Scored B Series Grade In O Level Certificate Of Education.
- Proficiency In Accounting Software And Microsoft Office Applications, Especially Excel.
- Strong Analytical, Organizational, And Reporting Skills. High Level Of Integrity, Accuracy, And Professionalism.
Experience:
- At Least 3 Years Working Experience As A General Accountant In A Busy Organization.
- Experience In Property Development And Property Management Will Be An Added Advantage
Key Responsibilities To Be Performed Includes: -
- Manage The Companys Day To Day Accounting And Finance Operations.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Financial Reports.
- Maintain Accurate Accounting Records, Ledgers, And Reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, And Cash Flow Management.
- Prepare And Monitor Budgets And Financial Forecasts.
- Ensure Compliance With Statutory And Tax Requirements Including Vat, Paye, Nhif, Nssf, And Corporate Taxes.
- Liaise With Auditors, Banks, And Regulatory Authorities When Necessary.
- Monitor Company Expenditures And Advise Management On Cost Control Measures.
- Prepare Management Reports And Provide Financial Insights To Support Business Decisions.
- Maintain Proper Internal Controls And Ensure Financial Accountability Across The Company.
