General Beach Manager – Malta

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Beach Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, lifestyle- driven environment.
Role Overview
As General Beach Manager, you will be:
- Leading all daily operations of the beach club, including food & beverage, guest services, and events
- Managing and motivating a diverse team across front and back of house
- Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and premium service standards
- Overseeing revenue performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Driving sales through events, promotions, and strategic partnerships
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and beach compliance regulations
- Coordinating entertainment, music, and lifestyle programming to enhance the guest experience
- Building strong relationships with guests, partners, and the local community
- Implementing innovative ideas to keep the venue dynamic and competitive
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader within beach
- clubs, resorts, or high-volume hospitality venues
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercially driven with solid financial and operational management experience
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
