With a commitment to exceed clients’ expectations, Vomwe Security also offers manned guarding (static/patrols) solutions, night surveillance operations, access control, guard dogs, alarms and security products, and tracking services, focusing on advanced technology to effectively respond to client requests, creating a comprehensive package of security services.

Vomwe Security is hiring a General Manager who will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management of the security firm, with accountability across all services, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

· Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the security firm, overseeing canine services, night surveillance, and manned guarding operations to ensure effective service delivery and business growth.

· Manage day-to-day operations, including deployment, supervision, and performance of security personnel and K9 units, while ensuring high standards of professionalism, welfare, and operational readiness.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, licensing requirements, and labour laws, and implement policies, SOPs, and risk management controls.

· Lead client engagement, contract management, and service delivery against agreed SLAs, serving as the senior escalation point for key accounts.

· Oversee budgeting, cost control, procurement, and resource utilisation to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

· Lead recruitment, training, discipline, and performance management of staff, fostering a high-integrity, results-driven security culture.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

· Recognized training or certification in private security management, risk management, or K9 operations.

· Proven experience managing canine security units, surveillance systems, and large-scale guarding and night security operations.

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the security industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.

· Demonstrated track record in operations management, client relations, and regulatory compliance within the private security sector.
