Key Responsibilities
· Lead overall business operations with a strong focus on sales growth and profitability
· Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
· Grow key accounts and identify new market opportunities
· Oversee production, supply chain, and quality assurance to meet customer demand
· Manage and motivate sales and operations teams to achieve targets
· Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
· Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, preferably in manufacturing or labels/packaging
· Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth
· Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills
· Experience managing production environments is a strong advantage
