About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, marketing materials, branding assets, and promotional videos. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and modern design trends to support the company’s marketing and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•   Design engaging social media graphics, banners, and digital advertisements

•   Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns

•   Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and image enhancement

•   Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, business cards, and company profiles

•   Maintain and implement consistent brand identity and visual guidelines

•   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce campaign visuals

•   Prepare design files optimized for both print and digital production

•   Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and communication channels

•   Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications and Experience

•   Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

•   Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer

•   Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

•   Experience with video editing and motion graphics, particularly using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

•   Solid understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling

•   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

•   Excellent time management and organizational skills

•   Strong attention to detail and creativity
