Role Overview
Paradise Lodges / Omotic Groups is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head Manager to oversee operations at Paradise Lodge Arba Minch and Paradise Lodge Turmi.
This is not a basic hotel manager role. We are looking for a strong senior operator with proven experience in managing full-scale hospitality operations, driving commercial performance, and maintaining high standards across all departments.
The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Ethiopia and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end operations across both lodges (Arba Minch and Turmi)
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service delivery standards
• Manage and enforce staff discipline, performance, and productivity
• Supervise housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance functions
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control
• Manage cash handling, stock control, and inventory systems
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with operational procedures
• Maintain strict system discipline (ERP/Odoo, POS, PMS, booking systems)
• Drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and operational efficiency

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
• Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic initiatives
• Develop and implement creative commercial ideas, packages, and promotions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance visibility and bookings
• Improve guest engagement and overall customer satisfaction
• Ensure the property remains competitive and commercially active

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior management role (hotel, lodge, resort, or operations management)
• Proven track record in managing full hospitality operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, POS, PMS, or hotel booking systems
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, operations, and commercial performance simultaneously
