We are able to advise on market trends, training requirements, prevailing salaries and offer a complete HR Solution where necessary.Duties & Responsibilities: Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy and drive commitment to meeting financial goalsManage sales promotional budget for assigned business segmentDirect and develop the sales & marketing team with timely feedback, to modify and improve performance standards ensuring the delivery of monthly targetsProvide weekly reports on the status of sales volume, sales performance and various solutions to pending challenges in the marketWork with the regional managers in the development of new markets and continuously assess performance of current partnersCreate KPI’s, while tracking and focusing on value drivers (distribution, displays and package development)Initiate, establish and develop key retail and customer relationships to maximize growth and market shareCollaborate with internal Legal resources to ensure accurate and timely revisions of rolling contracts and negotiation of new contractsAttend and support the planning of periodic (quarterly) sales meetingsCreate and communicate plan goals for the upcoming year with the boardPrepare the national sales annual budget for management approvalArea penetration both local & export territories Qualifications: A minimum period of twelve years relevant work experience and at least five years in a management role in a relevant positionMaster of Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institutionBachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized institutionCertificate in leadership course or its equivalent lasting not less than four weeksExcellent communication skills, including presentation and training abilityAbility to work with different levels of management within the organizationFinancial and analytical abilities managing sales metrics, promotional budgetsSelf-starter and able to work independentlyResults oriented, attention to detail with a sense of urgencyAbility to travel 50% of the time locally and quarterly international travelAdvanced Microsoft Office Experience
