Develops HR programs, and processes in the different areas related to Human resources (including learning & development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits management, and employee health and well-being).Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementProactive development of succession planning and training & development.Participating in administrative staff meetings.Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, disciplinary hearings, or formal notices of termination.Administer and supervise existing QHSE and ISO programs.Provide strategic and operational support for the management, contributing to bringing to life our HR vision and expected mindset & behaviors. Qualifications Degree or Masters in Human Resource Management or related field.Professional qualifications in CHRP, CIPM, CIPD, or related fields.Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role in HR.Experience in a Multinational environment will be an added advantage. Experience in strategic management, change management, organizational design, performance management, and employment legislation and regulationsStrong listening skills, Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skillsSense of pragmatism, solution-oriented Open and pro-active team player building trust and credibility and establishing positive and productive working relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders Ability to navigate with agility within a matrixed organizational structure.
