To lead the design, planning, and execution of high-end interior projects while ensuring client satisfaction, technical accuracy, and alignment with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts and translate them into practical, high-quality project outcomes
Prepare product specifications, material selections, and technical design documentation
Manage end-to-end project execution including timelines, budgets, and quality control
Engage clients to understand requirements and provide expert design advisory
Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors and suppliers
Support sales efforts through design input and client presentations
Conduct market and trend analysis to inform innovative design solutions
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in interior design
At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Experience in interior fit-outs, materials specification, and project execution
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar)
Strong understanding of lighting, wall systems, and surface materials
