Job Overview:

As an IT/Administration and Digital Marketing professional at First Villas, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations while also taking charge of our digital marketing efforts. This multifaceted position includes responsibilities related to IT support, website design, digital marketing, photography, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide IT support to ensure the seamless functioning of computer systems and software.

● Contribute to website design and growth, optimising user experience and ensuring up-to-date content.

● Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

● Assist in programming tasks related to web development and digital projects.

● Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.

● Create and edit graphics for digital marketing materials and promotional content.

● Capture high-quality property photographs for listings and marketing materials.

● Handle general administrative tasks to support daily business operations.


● IT accreditation, degree not necessary, but a strong tech-savvy background is essential.

● Proficiency in web design, including experience with website development and SEO.

● Basic programming skills.

● Previous experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.

● Graphic design skills for creating marketing collateral.

● Photography skills for capturing property images.

● Age below 25 years.


● Salary: 25,000/- per month
