Job summary
We are seeking two results-driven Junior Sales Executives to drive revenue growth by engaging qualified leads from internal and external sources, promoting IP Telephony and SaaS communication solutions, preparing tailored proposals, and building strong long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on and convert sales leads provided from internal and external sources.
- Proactively generate new leads through field visits, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify target organizations and engage key decision-makers (ICT Managers, IT Heads, CEOs, COOs, Procurement, and Operations teams).
- Promote and sell IP Telephony, Contact Center, VoIP, and cloud communication solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings (physical and virtual).
- Perform basic needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, and support negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and upsells.
- Work toward achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets, KPIs, and pipeline coverage metrics.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales messaging.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A diploma degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and SaaS/technology solutions.
- Willingness and ability to conduct field sales activities (site visits, prospecting, meetings, and relationship building).
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers, including ICT Managers, CEOs, COOs, and departmental heads.
- Prior experience in selling technology, telecom, or IT solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong time management and follow-through.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience selling enterprise IT, telecom, or cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Understanding of IP Telephony, VoIP, PBX, SIP Trunks, or Contact Center environments.
