Job Description/Requirements
• Conduct comprehensive patent assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and infusion therapy.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, NG tube insertion, suctioning and bed baths.
• Respond to medical emergencies, including CPR and trauma care.
• Educate patents and families on disease management and post-hospitalization care.
• Ensure proper hygiene, infection prevention and aseptic techniques.
• Communicated patent status updates and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Assist in surgical preparation and post-operative care, including pain management and wound monitoring.
• Document nursing interventions, medication administration and patent progress accurately.
