Job Summary

Main responsibilities: Daily management of online stores (E-commerce platforms), and driving performance growth through online live broadcasts and user experience.

Job Description/Requirements

1. Daily operation and management of the store
(1) Product management: responsible for product listing, delisting, and information optimization (title, details page, pictures, price, etc.), ensuring that the information is accurate and complies with platform rules.
(2) Inventory monitoring: coordinate the supply chain team to avoid out-of-stock or inventory backlogs, and update inventory status in a timely manner.
(3) Page maintenance: optimize the visual design and layout of the store homepage, category page, and event page to improve conversion rate.

2. Marketing activity planning and execution
(1) Activity planning: formulate promotion plans (such as full discounts, flash sales, live streaming, etc.), and plan special activities in conjunction with festivals or brand nodes.
(2) Platform resource acquisition: connect with e-commerce platforms (such as Tiktok, Facebook, V-moment, etc.) to strive for traffic resources (such as homepage exposure and promotional positions).
(3) Promotion delivery: manage paid promotion tools (such as through trains and information flow ads) and optimize ROI (return on investment).

3. Data analysis and optimization
(1) Data monitoring: Analyze core indicators such as store traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repurchase rate, identify problems and propose improvement plans.
(2) Competitive product analysis: Track the dynamics of competitive product stores and adjust operation strategies.
(3) Report output: Regularly output operation reports, summarize performance and formulate next steps.

4. User operation and service(1) Membership management: Design membership system and points activities to improve user stickiness and repurchase.
(2) Customer service coordination: Handle pre-sales and after-sales issues, optimize response speed and service quality.
(3) User feedback collection: Collect needs through evaluation, research, etc. to promote product or service improvement.

Job requirements:
1. Familiar with the backend operations of mainstream e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
2. Experience in live streaming (selling goods)
3. Possess data analysis skills and be proficient in using tools such as Excel and Power BI;
4. Strong copywriting planning and communication and coordination skills
5. Result-oriented and able to withstand performance pressure
