Forever New Collections Ltd is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is experienced, strategic, and able to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales through impactful digital content.

NB: This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute monthly social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, product showcases, and promotional materials.
  • Manage daily posting, captioning, hashtags, and community engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track performance analytics and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with management on promotions, new stock launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends, brand aesthetics, and best practices in digital media.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication channels.
  • Must have a proven track record in social media management and content creation.
  • Must meet monthly social media growth and sales-related metrics as set by management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, TikTok/Instagram editing tools, and basic analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and generate creative ideas.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and content performance.
  • Experience in fashion or thrift retail is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work full-time in Ruiru.
