SALARY:KSHS. 20,000- 30,000 PLUS INCENTIVES
JOB LOCATION:KAPENGURIA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to expand the loan portfolio.
- Provide personalized financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Assess loan applications by gathering necessary documentation, verifying information, and conducting preliminary assessments.
- Recommend and facilitate loan approvals based on established guidelines and risk assessments.
- Ensure timely disbursement and follow-up on loans, monitoring repayment schedules.
- Actively market and promote the institution's loan products to increase market penetration and client base.
- Meet monthly sales and loan disbursement targets set by the organization.
- Educate clients on the various loan products and services offered, explaining terms and conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Advise clients on best financial practices, including repayment strategies, loan options, and related services.
- Handle loan repayments and resolve any delinquency issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in loan applications and client management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on loan performance and any risks related to clients.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year experience as a loans or Relationship officer in a Sacco, MFI or Bank
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Good understanding of loan products, financial services, and credit assessments.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
