Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth through effective marketing and customer recruitment.

Appraise loan applications and ensure only high-quality loans are issued.

Monitor daily repayments and maintain strong portfolio repayment performance.

Ensure compliance with all lending policies and procedures.

Oversee delinquency management and ensure timely escalation of overdue cases.

Prepare timely monthly performance reports.

Provide leadership to Logbook Agents and uphold excellent customer service.
🎯 Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Microfinance, Banking, Co-operative Management, Business Admin/Management or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a microfinance institution.

Must have worked for at least 2 years in current/previous employer.

Good computer literacy and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Strong communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills.

High integrity, sound judgment, and strong decision-making ability.

Must be self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
