Job descriptions & requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of practical experience in maintenance work.
Strong hands-on experience in both plumbing and electrical repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults independently.
Good knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
Experience in a hotel, apartment, commercial building, or property management environment will be an added advantage.
