1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the school's visibility and reputation on a global scale.
2. Manage the school's social media presence across various platforms, producing engaging content and fostering online community engagement.(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube)
3. Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
4. Coordinate and oversee the organization of school events, open houses, workshops, and fairs to showcase the school's facilities, programs, and achievements.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
6 . Establish relationships with media outlets, educational organizations, and partners to maximize coverage and brand exposure.
9. Provide regular reports on key marketing metrics, enrollment numbers, withdrawals, and social media insights to stakeholders.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze school data for marketing purposes.
11. Be in charge of the admissions process, managing inquiries, conducting interviews, evaluating applications, and guiding prospective families through the enrollment journey.
12. Liaise with parents and students to provide information about the school's programs, admissions criteria, and campus tours.
13. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between marketing messaging and educational offerings.
14. Support internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.Bachelors degree in Marketing with proven experience in marketing and admissions, preferably within the education sector or related fields.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
8. Familiarity with international education trends and standards is desirable.
