Key Responsibilities:Assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activitiesSupport in organizing various projectsEmploy marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information or reports.Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their successPrepare and deliver promotional presentationsCompose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accountsWrite marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the marketCommunicate with clients and encourage trusting relationships Qualification & Experiences: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field is a strong advantageProven experience as a marketing assistantGood understanding of office management and marketing principlesDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachGood knowledge of market research techniques and databasesExcellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications(CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)Social Media administration skillsPhotography and video editing skills
