Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly. Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of all ongoing campaigns.
● Support the execution of high-impact value marketing campaign tactics and accompanying activities to deliver a consistent increase in lead generation, awareness, and uptake of marketing activities to ensure success.
● Manage and monitor campaigns post-launch to ensure fulfillment of objective
● Ensure that operational deadlines are met and manage internal processes and stakeholder expectations.
● Work closely with internal & external teams to identify, escalate, and resolve campaign fulfillment & deliver
● Gather data and prepare weekly reports with clear insights on the campaign, tactic progress, and overall performance: design and present PowerPoint presentations where necessary.
● Carry out various marketing surveys to inform strategic decisions and campaign plans.
● Take ownership of the end-to-end operations process of tasks assigned, from concept to creation, tracking, reporting, and beyond.
● Identify and create engagement tactics for different mediums & groups to generate soft skills training leads using designated forms.
● Segment customers: seekers, & learners for every cohort to communicate to them on endline tests while monitoring the group progress.
● Attend meetings as well as wider cross-functional sessions to learn the scope and responsibilities of each assigned project

Key Skills & Competencies
● Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass communications/journalism, communications or a related field
● Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (digital and traditional).
● Basic knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented and effective communicator; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
● A proactive approach to working, showing initiative, and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others when needed.
● Can work independently when required but can also take direction.
● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
● Show an understanding of campaign creation to execution concerning Marketing objectives, business goals, messaging, and strategy.
● Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. This entails teamwork, collaboration, and an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
● Proficiency in key features of the Google Workspace platform including Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Creative suite and analytics software
