Job Description/Requirements
You will review and manage the operations of our E-commerce and Marketing program for our business. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics, inventory management, and customer satisfaction through effective coordination.
Responsibilities:
• The end-to-end operations our marketing and e-commerce program, including inventory planning.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts, and avoid overstocking. Utilize Amazon's tools and reports to analyze sales data and make informed replenishment decisions.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with to our fulfillment centers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. Monitor shipment status, resolve any issues, and optimize shipping methods to reduce costs and improve speed.
• Product Listing Optimization: Collaborate our Fiverr Experts and their content team to optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords to drive visibility and sales.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics such as sales, inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and customer feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, order issues, and returns. Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay updated with policies, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure compliance with product regulations, labeling requirements, and intellectual property rights.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports and analyze data related to sales, inventory, and operational performance. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
• Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with account managers and support teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to align strategies and goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving services and technologies. Seek opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
• Experience: Prior experience in a computer related field is highly preferred.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing analytics tools to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management, order processing, and adherence to policies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and support channels.
• Problem-solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
