Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of analytical skills, digital marketing expertise, and industry knowledge to effectively engage target audiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.
Content Creation
Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing
Oversee the company’s online presence (website, social media, and ads).
Leverage SEO, SEM, and paid strategies to boost traffic and conversions.
Market Research
Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Brand Management
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touch points.
Support the development of brand guidelines.
Event Coordination
Organize trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
Handle logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs to measure campaign success.
Report on ROI and performance to senior leadership.
Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Build relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Executive
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business, Google Analytics).
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and AI applications.
Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) preferred.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mind-set.
Understands B2B marketing strategies
