Job Summary

An Online Trading Company is looking for a proactive and Self driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will execute integrated marketing campaigns—both digital and offline—to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the commercial growth of our Company.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

    • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic).

    • Manage local social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

    • Coordinate with global teams on SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

    • Monitor performance metrics and report on digital campaign KPIs.

    • Localize and adapt global digital assets to suit the Kenyan market.

 

Offline & Field Marketing

    • Organize and execute events, seminars, roadshows, and expos.

    • Build relationships with local trading communities, universities, and financial influencers.

    • Co-ordinate with print, radio, and outdoor advertising partners.

    • Support sales team with marketing materials, brochures, and branded merchandise.

    • Identify partnership opportunities and sponsorship activations in Kenya.


Marketing Operations & Admin

    • Maintain marketing calendar and coordinate execution timelines.

    • Work closely with compliance to ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory requirements.

    • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for campaign delivery.

    • Maintain inventory of promotional items and event materials.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    • At least 4 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in financial services, fintech, or online trading.

    • Experience with both online and offline marketing campaigns.


Skills

    • Proficiency in digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)

    • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Swahili.

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

    • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a regional team setup.

    • Knowledge of Forex / CFD trading industry.

    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or marketing automation tools.

    • Existing network within Nairobi’s finance/trading/influencer ecosystem.
