Role Overview
The role of the Marketing Manager is to assist in the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of our marketing efforts. The person in this role will be passionate about the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. They must bring forth a strong arsenal of content techniques and paid media methods to promote our services and public image
Responsibilities:
1) Collaborate with other departments such as sales and management to understand business
goals and strategies, market sizing and insights, and product positioning to influence
campaign strategies;
2) Drafting and maintaining a content calendar to guide online and offline marketing
activities;
3) Plan and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels including digital, print,
email, event, and social media;
4) Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns in order to recommend
actionable and strategic improvements;
5) Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely;
6) Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
7) Overseeing branding and corporate identity;
8) Manage and writing of content for marketing materials, including the following:
brochures, website, articles, profiles, and proposals.
9) Create, maintain, and coordinate corporate videos & photos;
10) Developing strategies and tactics to boost social media engagement;
11) Improve and maintain the company's SEO rankings;
12) Plan and manage internal and external events;
13) Create and oversee customer relationship management strategies.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
2) 5 years of experience in marketing roles;
3) Experience in renewable energy or construction industry is an added advantage;
4) Results orientated – take initiative and demonstrate a sense of urgency in driving for
results and track own performance;
5) Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
6) Excellent mastery of SEO, copywriting, design, and email campaigns;
7) Ability to lead winning strategies with social media content and paid ads;
8) Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics;
