Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation:
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to determine masonry project requirements.
- Prepare accurate estimates for masonry materials
- Project Evaluation:
- Assess project scope and complexity to provide more a more accurate estimate.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of estimates
- Ensure all documentation complies with the company standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of masonry techniques and materials.
- Proficient in estimating software (Bluebeam preferably)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
