MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES (PHARMACY CHAIN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES/COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT)

ROLE PROFILE

We are seeking reliable, energetic Medical Representatives to support our national pharmacy chain brand and community engagement strategy as we scale nationally in 2026.
This role is ideal for well-trained med reps who have solid field experience, ability to focus on the initiatives that drive the strategic goals and are looking for a fresh, growth-oriented opportunity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Drive pharmacy chain products and services awareness and uptake within assigned territories
•    Engage local corporates, clinics, and community health/congregation points
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and professional associations and networks 
•    Execute field visits, activations, and community outreach programs
•    Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
•    Support brand visibility and demand generation at grassroots level

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
•    Proven experience as a Medical Representative
•    Strong field exposure in:

•  Nairobi / Machakos region
• Mombasa
• Western/Nyanza 
• Central/North Rift

•    Excellent communication, data/situation analysis and relationship-building skills
•    Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
•    Willingness to grow with the company vision
