Mid Content Creator (Short‑Form Video Production, Editing & Ad Management)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot and edit 15–20 short videos monthly (30–60s).  

- Set up and optimize basic ad campaigns (if authorized), monitor performance and report.  

- Coordinate props, wardrobe, locations and minor on-site directing.  

- Maintain an organized asset library and deliverables on time.  

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns.  

Requirements  

- Female or male candidates welcome; 1–3 years of content creation experience preferred.  

- Proficient in mobile/DSLR shooting and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci).  

- Familiar with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and basic ad manager interfaces.  

- Strong camera sense, storytelling and pacing for short form.  

- Reliable, punctual, able to work flexible hours for shoots.  

Benefits

- Monthly salary structure: KES 40,000 basic + up to KES 40,000 performance bonus.  

- KES 3,000 equipment/transport allowance or receipts reimbursement.  

- The company provides core equipment where possible and covers the monthly ad spend of KES 20,000.  

- Training and mentorship; promotion review every 6 months.  

KPI & Performance Bonus

- Deliverables: 15–20 publishable videos/month (35% weight).  

- Engagement: average watch metrics/views per video (25%).  

- Ad performance (if managed): CPA/CPL/ROAS or agreed conversion goals (25%).  

- Delivery quality & timeliness (15%).  

- Bonus bands:  

  - KPI ≥100%: 100% of bonus (KES 40,000)  

  - KPI 80%–99%: 50% of bonus (KES 20,000)  

  - KPI <80%: No bonus; employee will receive written improvement plan
