Job Description/Requirements
Location: Nairobi
Industry: Money Remittance & Forex Startup
Salary: KSh 150,000 – 200,000 Gross
Key Role:
- The MLRO will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing anti–money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) compliance frameworks in line with CBK regulations, ensuring full compliance across all operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field
- At least 4–5 years of experience in AML/Compliance within the financial sector
- In-depth knowledge of CBK AML/CFT guidelines and regulations
- Excellent risk assessment, investigative, and reporting skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
