Job summary

We are seeking 10 Network & Fibre Optics Technicians to install, maintain, test and troubleshoot fibre optic and network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and quality service delivery.

Job descriptions & requirements

Install, configure & maintain fibre optic/FTTX networks

Perform fibre splicing, testing & fault diagnosis

Install & configure routers, ONTs, CPE & wireless equipment

Troubleshoot connectivity issues & conduct preventive maintenance

Support site rollouts, documentation & network safety compliance

Strong technical & troubleshooting skills

Good knowledge of fibre optics & networking protocols

Excellent problem-solving & attention to detail

Strong communication, teamwork & customer service

Ability to work safely in outdoor/field environments

Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, ICT or a related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in fibre installation, splicing, testing & maintenance

Hands-on experience with FTTH, GPON or fibre network deployments

Experience using OTDR, optical power meters & fusion splicers

Valid Driving Licence, Work at Height & KPLC certificates
