REQUIREMENTS:

• Identify and target specific markets and prepare online content using the following social media platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.
• Develop systems for following up on viewership and online presence, giving monthly status reports.
• Develop financial objectives, forecasts, and business plans to meet targets.
• Manage marketing budget effectively and allocate resources in line with priorities.
• Continuously track and evaluate performance to ensure business goals are achieved.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring open communication and satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
• Educational background: Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related study.

EXPERIENCE

• Must have at least 2 years’ proven experience in online content creation.
• Creative with storytelling abilities.
• NB: The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of sports and gaming, enabling them to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
