Our client is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of two growing brands: Banqueting Connect Limited, an Events and Telemarketing Company, and Scentsational Cars, a retail brand specializing in car scents and air fresheners.
The role will support operations, coordination, and customer engagement across both businesses.
Core Responsibilities
Banqueting
Connect – Event Planning & Coordination
• Vendor sourcing and price comparisons
• Venue research, quotations, and booking coordination
• Supplier communication and follow-ups
• Support planning and coordination of events
• Social media management for Banqueting Connect (Instagram and LinkedIn)
Scentsational
Cars – Order & Customer Management
• Monitor and manage incoming online orders (Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram)
• Manage social media accounts and respond to Instagram DMs and WhatsApp
inquiries professionally
• Coordinate deliveries and rider logistics
• Track and support inventory and stock updates
• Provide basic bookkeeping support (expenses, cost tracking, simple
reconciliations)
Ideal
Candidate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable managing social media platforms
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
