Our client, a fast-growing retail and e-commerce brand curating a broad, multi-category assortment spanning women’s, men’s, and kids’ wear to beauty, hair, wigs, cosmetics, and accessories. The company is seeking a strategic and result oriented Operations and Fulfilment Associate to join their dynamic team.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Order Fulfillment & Packaging
o Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in line with the company’s premium packaging standards.
o Verify order accuracy before dispatch and maintain neat, well-labeled packaging.
o Coordinate with delivery partners/riders to ensure timely handovers and accurate deliveries.
· Customer Engagement
o Manage customer chats and DMs on WhatsApp, Instagram, and the website chat portal.
o Provide prompt, warm, and professional responses to inquiries, updates, and delivery follow-ups.
o Coordinate order confirmations, receipts, and post-purchase communication (“Thank you for your order” messages).
· Inventory & Supplier Coordination
o Update inventory records daily — monitor stock levels, restocks, and low-stock alerts.
o Contact suppliers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies.
o Track inbound shipments and coordinate with shipping agents to ensure correct and timely arrivals.
o Support with light quality checks when stock arrives.
· Operations & Website Oversight
o Review the website daily to ensure all products, prices, and photos are live and accurate.
o Flag missing content or technical issues immediately.
o Ensure that new items are uploaded promptly with correct details.
o Maintain accurate fulfillment records, delivery tracking logs, and order status updates.
· Additional Responsibilities
o Prepare a simple weekly fulfillment report (orders processed, delivery performance, stock status).
o Support the marketing team during new product drops — ensure products are live before launch.
o Suggest process improvements to make fulfillment and logistics more efficient.
o Manage cross-functional coordination — engaging with the marketing team, website developers, suppliers, customers, and delivery riders to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency.
Requirements / Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
- · Previous experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or customer service is an advantage.
- · Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- · Good written and verbal communication skills.
- · Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets/Excel.
- · Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- · Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to be hands-on in a fast-moving start-up environment.
