Operations Manager

You will be responsible for:

 Setting operational standards, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with all

relevant regulations.

 Managing budgets, costs control, and improve overall hotel profitability. You will work closely

with on-site hotel management teams, providing guidance and support to

 Ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery

 Developing and implementing strategic operational plans, monitoring financial performance,

and identifying areas for improvement.

 Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to enhance the hotel's market

position and attract new clientele.

 Managing resources effectively

 Setting high standards for guest satisfaction

 Implementing robust feedback mechanisms and ensure swift resolution of any guest issues.

 Supporting local human resource functions when needed including recruitment, training, and

development of hotel staff to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.

Qualifications

 Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hotel Management or a related

field.

 Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality in senior management

 Proven track record in driving operational improvements

 Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

 Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

 Familiarity with Hospitality industry standards and best practices
