Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor PP sheeting extrusion machines efficiently.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
- Change dies and optimise production parameters to minimise material wastage.
- Identify and resolve production and machine-related issues promptly.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate production and operational records.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and report faults when necessary.
- Keep the production area clean, organised, and safe.
- Adhere to all company health, safety, and operational procedures.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience operating PP sheeting extrusion machines.
- Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality PP sheets consistently.
- Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and quality control.
- Ability to change dies and optimise production parameters.
- Knowledge of routine machine maintenance and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment.
