Product Manager

You will need to:

• Search for ideas and meaning: Conduct CustDev, communicate with users, and understand their real pain points.
• Build business models: Calculate unit economics and build hypotheses to help the product take off.
• Conduct R&D: Research markets and find unconventional growth paths for our startups.
• Plan and manage: Create a product roadmap and work closely with the development team.

Who are we looking for?

You’re interested in IT startups and the global market, and you want to join an international team to gain new experience and skills.

• If you’re a beginner, you already know the basics, are passionate about the field, proactive, and want to make an impact instead of just waiting for tasks. Your English is good enough for communication and reading documentation.

• If you’re an experienced specialist, you want to lead a team, strengthen your leadership skills, expand your perspective, and discover new tools and ideas for your work. Your English and communication skills are strong.

Commitment: Part-time, about 2/4/6 hours a day.

Schedule: Completely flexible. Study and work whenever it suits you.

Sync: One mandatory team call per week for planning and idea sharing, 1-2 team calls during the week.
