Job Summary

The Project Coordinator supports IT implementation and client delivery by managing project documentation, timelines, and coordination across teams. The role ensures efficient execution, compliance, and communication while supporting tender preparation and business model reviews to achieve smooth project delivery.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Coordination

·       Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

·       Monitor project schedules, track progress, and follow up on pending actions.

  1. Documentation & Reporting

·       Prepare and maintain project reports, tender documents, proposals, and client presentations.

·       Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational and client requirements.

  1. Business & Market Analysis

·       Analyze business models and identify opportunities for process improvement.

·       Evaluate competitors to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.

  1. Strategic Alignment

·       Participate in project review meetings to evaluate performance against goals.

·       Support long-term business planning by aligning operational tasks with strategic objectives.

  1. Stakeholder Communication

·       Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent communication and project clarity.

·       Clarify operational issues and share feedback with management to enhance project outcomes.

  1. Innovation & Collaboration

·       Work with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

·       Apply emerging business and technology trends to improve project efficiency and outcomes.

  1. Client & Market Engagement

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly government stakeholders.

·       Travel as required across project locations to support implementation and coordination activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in project coordination or client service roles within IT or consulting environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Experience handling government clients and tender documentation is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
