Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination
· Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
· Monitor project schedules, track progress, and follow up on pending actions.
- Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare and maintain project reports, tender documents, proposals, and client presentations.
· Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational and client requirements.
- Business & Market Analysis
· Analyze business models and identify opportunities for process improvement.
· Evaluate competitors to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
- Strategic Alignment
· Participate in project review meetings to evaluate performance against goals.
· Support long-term business planning by aligning operational tasks with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication
· Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent communication and project clarity.
· Clarify operational issues and share feedback with management to enhance project outcomes.
- Innovation & Collaboration
· Work with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
· Apply emerging business and technology trends to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
- Client & Market Engagement
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly government stakeholders.
· Travel as required across project locations to support implementation and coordination activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in project coordination or client service roles within IT or consulting environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Experience handling government clients and tender documentation is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
