Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to join the TenderSure projects team. This role involves management of supplier sourcing activities for our clients across Africa using TenderSure. The supplier sourcing activities include: Supplier Prequalification Request for Quotation Tender Management Asset Disposal

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Client relationship management: Ability to manage the client throughout the sourcing process.
2. Planning: Categorization and developing evaluation criteria for supplier vetting.
3. Bidder support: Ability to assist with bidder queries and conduct bidder webinars.
4. Compliance: Review of the supplier documents that were attached during a bidding process
5. Reporting: Ability to present reports to clients.
6. Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
Experience
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. 3–5 years of experience in management of Supplier Prequalification and Tenders including technical evaluation of bids, compliance, due diligence and conducting price analysis.
3. Working with eProcurement software solutions.
4. Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of the supplier base in Kenya and the region.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
8. Teamwork.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM).
